PagerDuty¶

PagerDuty lets Sipfront create an incident with the test details and results for a service when a test run finishes.

What you need¶

• A Sipfront user with permission to manage integrations.
• A PagerDuty account with permission to connect Sipfront’s Events app.

Connect PagerDuty¶

1. Open Account → Integrations and find the PagerDuty card.
2. Choose Connect. Sipfront redirects you to PagerDuty to authorize the Sipfront app.
3. Choose one or more services you want to send incidents to.
4. Finish the integration by pressing Connect. You will be redirected back to Sipfront with a success message.
