Join Sipfront as Account Executive, driving our international sales efforts!

At Sipfront, we automate testing of real-time communication services for telecom operators and vendors. Their operations teams will know at all times what works in their system and infrastructure and what doesn’t, giving them peace of mind in their daily routine and full information when something happens. Likewise, their developers can focus on shipping features without fearing nasty regressions.

To achieve this, we automatically simulate end-to-end phone calls for our customers and check if connections get established and quality matches expectations.

We are looking for an ambitious sales professional with a passion for software products, who will address prospects in the DACH region, leading them through discovery, solution design and contract closing phases. Lead generation through cold outreach and handling small to large buying centers are part of your DNA.

About you

  • You will execute the GTM strategy at defined target customers.
  • You will perform detailed and efficient requirements analysis with prospects (Discovery).
  • You will create and present tailor made customer pitches.
  • You will represent Sipfront at international fairs and conferences.
  • You will conduct market analysis and identify potential prospects.

About the interview

We’re trying to keep the hiring process as lean and efficient as possible for both sides. We split the process into three parts: a general get-to-know call, a sales interview, and a wrap-up with one of our founders.

General get-to-know call (30min video call)

Our first point of contact will be a brief 30 minutes call to get to know each other. We’ll chat about your prior experience and projects, Sipfront’s mission and vision, as well as your expectations to see if there is a potential fit for us to work with you. As preparation for the call, we will ask you to fill in a short personality test and send us the result overview.

Sales interview (1h on-site meeting)

In this session, we will explore your sales style and understanding of technical B2B software products. We’ll present a few challenges we faced and ask for your approach to solve them. You will have to pitch yourself and maybe a past or generic technical B2B product, and we will evaluate your appearance.

Wrap-up with one of our founders (30min video call)

You will once again present yourself very briefly. We will review the process up to here and verify our findings and mutual expectations together. We close with a final Q&A session to answer all open questions.

Decision

We will let you know as soon as possible, typically within a couple of days after the interviews, about our decision.
