As organizations worldwide pour billions into Artificial Intelligence, quality assurance has emerged as the critical bottleneck for wide-scale deployment. Sipfront, the pioneer in test automation for telecommunications, has closed a €1.8 million funding round to solve this Trust Gap in the Voice AI space.

Led by Amsterdam-based growth specialist Airbridge Equity Partners (AEP) with renewed support from tecnet equity, the investment will accelerate the expansion of Sipfront’s platform for Enterprise Voice AI. Sipfront is positioning itself as the essential Guardrail provider, bridging the gap between rapid innovation and the rigorous performance and legal standards required by global corporations when deploying Voice AI solutions. Airbridge Equity Partners serves as the lead investor in this round, joined by co-lead tecnet equity and existing business angels who are further committing to Sipfront’s growth.

In a rapidly shifting market, enterprises are increasingly replacing traditional IVR systems with sophisticated AI Voice Bots. However, this shift creates an urgent need to monitor the complexity of the underlying telecom stack, the audio quality, latency, and conversational accuracy in real-time. Sipfront’s automated platform proactively verifies that bots are delivering the right answers with the expected quality. From technical failures like call drops, dead air and high latency to AI-specific issues like hallucinations or negative sentiments, Sipfront identifies failures before they impact the customer.

“Anyone who has ever been stuck with a subpar voice bot knows how quickly frustration erodes brand reputation and directly translates into lost business opportunities,” says Andreas Granig, CEO and Co-Founder of Sipfront. “Enterprises cannot afford to deploy black box AI. They need to ensure their bots are precise and performant. No one wants to hear I’m sorry, I didn’t catch that ever again.”

Strategic Growth with Airbridge Equity Partners

By partnering with Airbridge, Sipfront gains a lead investor with deep expertise in scaling European technology platforms internationally. The partnership highlights the soaring demand for reliability in the enterprise Voice AI stack.

“Voice-based AI is becoming a business-critical touchpoint, yet without robust performance monitoring, every rollout carries significant operational risk,” notes Robin Rensen, Partner at Airbridge. “We invested in Sipfront because they have built a solution to a global problem: turning unmanaged voice bots into high-precision, enterprise-grade interfaces. This team is the key to making Voice AI truly ready for the mass market.”

Focus on Innovation and Compliance with tecnet equity

Existing investor tecnet equity also emphasizes the regulatory tailwinds driving Sipfront’s growth. “Sipfront translates complex technical challenges into clear business value,” says Doris Agneter of tecnet equity. “In an era defined by the EU AI Act and strict data sovereignty, Sipfront provides the safety net companies need for their AI strategy. This founding team is perfectly positioned to capture the rising global demand for trusted Voice AI infrastructure.”

Growing Demand in the Enterprise Sector

Sipfront utilizes proprietary AI-driven analysis models to proactively simulate real-world customer dialogues, stress-testing contact centers to their limits. Besides leading tier-1 telecom operators, Voice AI industry leaders such as Parloa, NFON, and Cloudtalk already rely on the solution to fuse their operations. The new capital will be used to scale real-time content verification and automated compliance features, ensuring that even the most complex global AI deployments remain within the legal and operational boundaries of the EU AI Act, HIPAA and other regulations.
