Pricing questions, answered.
What counts as a "test minute"?
Total seconds of active call time consumed by all your test scenarios in a billing month, divided by 60. A 30-second Beat probe consumes 0.5 min. A 100-concurrent, 1-minute load test consumes 100 min. Idle, paused or queued time doesn’t count.
What happens if I exceed my monthly minutes?
By default we auto-purchase one tier-sized minute pack and email you confirmation, so a critical test never gets killed mid-run. You can opt into a hard-stop instead if you prefer predictable billing.
Can I downgrade or upgrade between tiers?
Upgrades are one-click for Starter to Growth to Carrier and take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Enterprise, which adds Echo voicebot testing, involves a short sales conversation.
Is the AI Assistant really free for everyone right now?
Yes. We just launched the Agent and we’re calibrating real usage patterns before per-tier caps activate (planned for 2026-Q4). Trials get a 500-action allowance; paid accounts are uncapped during calibration.
Do you offer annual contracts?
Yes. Annual billed monthly saves 10%; annual paid up-front saves 15% on Starter, Growth and Carrier. Enterprise is negotiable on multi-year commits.

Where is my data stored?
In the EU. Test data, captures and AI Assistant transcripts stay on EU infrastructure. The platform is GDPR-aligned and EU AI Act audit-ready. Test agents can run globally with local break-out, but the storage is EU.
